Yikesy yikesy yikes! SNOW!
We continue to have a blizzard. The front door will open about 3 inches, due to the huge drift on the porch. Luckily for the dogs, we had better luck with the back door. We managed to force it wide enough to extrude Mike through the gap, so he could shovel back some of the excess and let US get out and have at it. This was not a pretty, efficient sight, since the tools we were able to find before the storm hit were one regular digging type shovel and one snow shovel BLADE....
And of course then I took some pictures. Just for the record, the sidewalk drifts are well over my knees! Welcome to High Plains Ski Country!
I took this one by sticking my hand and camera out that three inch front door space I was just telling you about.

Inside looking out the front screen door. All the other doors and windows pretty much show the same scene.
You can see a little bit out this tall skinny window beside the door. I think the heater vent blows on it.
More later, as I am clearly not GOING anywhere today!
