Oh, and while we're being active
San Francisco activists are asking people throughout the country (and the world, for that matter) to send e-mails of thanks to San Francisco's mayor, Gavin Newsom, for his courage in performing marriages for same-sex couples.
Apparently, the mayor's office is being flooded with hate mail. Time to counteract the messages of hate with our messages of appreciation:
